Image Profiler (Capillary
Design 4.0) reads in X-ray source, capillary, and output
parameters for a glass capillary and generates plots of
x-ray flux gain vs. distance from the center of the beam,
capillary ID profile, and both can be displayed as tables
and copied into EXCEL or text file.
